Valentine Muffins
Valentine’s Day is around the corner. A Date night is always
imperfect without any desserts. A delicious feast with a sweet
note to the end of the night crowns the day. So why not let the
love grow deeper in the heart of your beloved with you
surprising them with freshly hand-baked heart muffins.
Aahhnn!! Don’t get me wrong. Not the ones from a renowned
bakery but the ones baked by you for your valentine.
So guys are you ready to confess your love for your someone
special with our delightful and soft heart muffin recipe.
Let’s begin!!
Ingredients:
½ Cup +1/8 Cup All-Purpose Flour
¾ Tsp Baking Powder
¼ Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
½ Cup Milkmaid
¼ Cup Orange Juice or any of your choice
2- 3 Drops Red Edible Food Colour
Instructions:

- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda. Keep
it aside - In another bowl, add butter and milk maid. Combine
them well. - Now, in batches of 2 add the dry ingredients to the wet
ingredients. Also pour in the orange juice to the mixture
and stir it well. - Next, scoop out ¼ of the mixture in another bowl and
add the food colour to it. - Bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for
about7-8 minutes - Once baked, use a heart shaped mould and cut out hearts
from it. - Now, line the muffin moulds with liners. Pour the
leftover batter in liners - Insert the heart cut-outs in the middle of the batter.
- Bake the muffins at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven for
10 min. - Muffins are ready to be served!!
