Most dearest of all desserts, the ‘Brownies’ are nearest to the heart. Let us make the most rich, moist, gooey and the very delicious and soft brownies served with ice-cream on the top and the noisy hot chocolate sauce at the bottom.
Hey Brownies, make some noise
Ingredients
- 110gm Dark Chocolate
- 55gm Melted Butter (Unsalted)
- 75gms Condensed Milk
- 70gms All purpose Flour
- ¼ TSP Baking Powder
- 2 TBSP Chopped Wallnuts (Optional)
- 80ml Water
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate with either using double boiler or in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Now, add butter to the melted chocolate and mix it well.
- Then, add the condensed milk and water to the mixture and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, add the dry ingredients- all-purpose flour and baking powder.
- In batches add all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Combine them for a thicker consistency of batter with no lumps.
- Now, take a baking dish of 7x7 or 8x8 lined with parchment paper and pour the batter with spreading it evenly
- Top the batter with walnuts or Choco-chips.
- Let the brownie bake in the oven at 150-160 degrees for 25- 30 minutes.
- Wait for the brownies to cool down completely and then slice them.
- Now, heat the sizzler plate. Place two slices of brownies on it with two scoops of vanilla ice-cream on the brownies
- Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the brownies and the ice- cream
